We design, build, and operate the software products you see on the products page, plus the infrastructure each one needs to run reliably.

We are independently owned. There are no outside investors, no acquihire ambitions, and no plans to be acquired. The company exists so the products it ships have a stable home.

Focus pays. We’d rather ship one product that does the job than ten that almost do. That means choosing problems carefully and letting an idea cook all the way through before moving on to the next one.

Privacy is the default. Our messaging product encrypts message bodies end-to-end so the server can’t read them. Other products we ship will be held to the same standard: collect what you need for the feature to work, and nothing else.

Pick tech that ages well. Postgres, nginx, C++ on the server, native mobile, plain HTML where it’ll do. Fewer moving parts, longer shelf life, fewer 3 a.m. pages.

Independence pays for itself, or it isn’t independent. We don’t take outside investment and we don’t run ads. The products make money (or are on a credible path to it) or they get sunset. That keeps the incentives pointed at users.

LockerChat is our current focus: a private, end-to-end-encrypted messenger for small groups. Web, Android, and iOS clients are in progress, with iOS shipping through Apple Developer enrollment. See locker.chat for the product details.

iter is also in active development: a self-hosted AI platform for creators that runs a structured pipeline on your own hardware, against your own models, with safety reviews and a full audit trail. See iter.in for the product details.
