Not everything we make is a product. Collectives are the groups we run under Spergs for their own reasons. Right now that means the open-source software we give away for free.
How collectives differ from products
Our products are commercial software. Each one is its own brand on its own domain, and each has to earn its keep.
Collectives are different. We run them for other reasons. Gigaquads, our open-source development group, puts out software anyone can use, read, and build on. It shares everything Spergs stands for and lives under the same company. We just don’t sell it.
