The short version.
These terms cover the spergs.com website and your relationship with Spergs, LLC. Last updated: 2026-05-13.
Who you're agreeing with
“Spergs,” “we,” and “us” mean Spergs, LLC, a Florida limited liability company. “The site” means the spergs.com website and any company-level pages and resources we publish under it.
These terms govern your use of the company site. Each product we ship has its own terms of service on its own domain that govern your use of that product specifically. If those product terms conflict with these company-site terms in the context of using the product, the product terms control:
- AcroZig: acrozig.com/terms
- Lunch Party: lunchparty.net/terms
- iter: iter.in/terms
- LockerChat: locker.chat/terms
By using spergs.com you accept these terms and our privacy policy. If you don’t, please don’t use the site.
What this site is
spergs.com is an informational company site. It describes who we are, what we ship, and how to reach us. We do not host user accounts, comments, uploads, or any interactive features on this domain. There’s nothing to sign up for here.
We may link to or describe products operated by Spergs, LLC on other domains. Visiting those products means agreeing to their own terms; this page doesn’t override them.
Acceptable use
Please don’t use the site to:
- Probe, scan, or attempt to breach the site’s security in a way intended to interfere with normal operation. (Good-faith security research is welcome; see Reporting security issues below.)
- Run automated scrapers, bots, or load generators against the site at a rate that interferes with availability for other visitors.
- Use the site, our content, or our brand in a way that suggests Spergs has endorsed something we haven’t.
- Use the site in violation of any applicable law in your jurisdiction or ours.
Intellectual property
The text, design, and code of spergs.com are © Spergs, LLC unless otherwise noted. The “Spergs” name and any company logos are trademarks of Spergs, LLC.
You may quote and link to public pages on the site for journalism, commentary, or reference. Please don’t republish material in a way that suggests it’s yours or that we’ve endorsed something we haven’t.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don’t make any warranties, express or implied, about fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or that the site will be free of errors or typos. We try to keep it accurate; we don’t guarantee it.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Spergs, LLC and its officers, members, and employees won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of data, profits, or goodwill) arising out of or in connection with the site, even if we’ve been advised of the possibility. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limitations; in those, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by local law.
Reporting security issues
If you find a security issue on spergs.com or any Spergs-operated service, please email security@spergs.com rather than posting it publicly. We’ll get back to you and we won’t pursue legal action against good-faith security research that respects user data and gives us reasonable time to fix.
Changes to these terms
If we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of the page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that can’t be resolved by emailing privacy@spergs.com will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.
