AcroZig

Live

The Acronym Party Game.

About AcroZig

AcroZig is the acronym game wrapped in just enough scaffolding to keep a small group on the same beat: a shared lobby, a shared prompt, a shared clock, anonymous submissions, a vote, and a scoreboard. Three letters drop, you write a meaning, the lobby votes, and the winner takes the round. It plays best with 4 to 8 people on a call or in the same room.

There are no accounts. You pick a display name (or take the random one we generate), share the 6-character join code, and that's the whole onboarding. No email, no phone, no signup flow, no analytics, no ads. The game itself runs in memory on the server while a lobby is active and is gone the moment everyone leaves.

Built on a small C++ / Boost.Beast WebSocket server with a React web client. Web-only, so phones, laptops, and tablets all play the same game from any browser.
